As a tribute to our Much Ado About Mobile event, this Pop-Ups Monday post will feature the three companies represented on our panel tomorrow, Fashion GPS, Women Innovative Mobile, and Gilt Groupe.

Discover, explore, and enjoy! – and register for our event if you haven’t already!

1. Fashion GPS

Fashion GPS was created to save design houses and PR firms from spending incredible amounts of time managing samples, creating and sending virtual look books, and generating press reports. The system manages the entire process and creates public relations and advertising reports for your company. The system is specifically designed for the fashion world and “works behind the scenes like a virtual employee.” The GPS Radar Network keeps you connected to fashion brands and relevant PR agencies. Fashion GPS clients include Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs, Fendi, Gucci, and Chanel.

We can’t wait to hear from Jennifer Jann, Director of Marketing, tomorrow!

2. Women Innovate Mobile

The goal of this startup program is to provide women entrepreneurs with direction, feedback, and connections. WIM is a three-month mentorship-driven accelerator program providing companies with funding, office space, product development and design support, mobile-marketing promotions, and access to mentors, funders, and advisors.

The founder and managing director of WIM, Kelly Hoey, will be joining us tomorrow evening as one of our panelists!

3. Gilt Groupe

If you’re an online shopper, you’ve definitely heard of Gilt. This shopping experience provides a members-only, insider’s access chance for people to experience top designers at up to 60% off. The site has expanded from clothing to include home goods, exclusive local services, and travel packages. Gilt Groupe allows men, women, and children to make their dream designer purchases with the click of a mouse, at a fraction of the cost. We’re so excited to have Vice President of Mobile for Gilt Groupe, Yon Feldman, joining us tomorrow at our meet-up!

Thanks for joining us this Monday afternoon—we hope to see you tomorrow at 6:30 PM at The Fashion Center!

Pop-Up Monday!

The first Monday of June has finally arrived! Even though it’s the beginning of the week, let yourself get excited by these upcoming summer months. A new season means new summer styles. Today’s post features three great websites that provide you with head-to-toe looks for less. One site features clothing, the other shoes, and the last bags and accessories! After shopping on these sites, you will never have to buy another designer product at full retail price.

Discover, explore, and enjoy!

1. ClosetRich.com

Featured on Refinery29, Entrepreneur Magazine, and Racked, ClosetRich “redefines and digitizes how you shop re-sale.” Unlike many other websites, the sale experience on ClosetRich provides a selection handcrafted by the fashionable Elizabeth Kott. You can shop doubt-free knowing an expert handpicked every piece of clothing. The items range from vintage to J. Crew, the prices are reasonable, and the selection is unbeatable!

2. ShoeMint.com

This innovative fashion-tech website strives to bring the variety that every girl wishes for in her shoe collection. After joining, the first step is to create a free style profile by taking a short quiz. As a member you then have the option to purchase shoes specifically selected by fashion icon Rachel Bilson and stylist Nicole Chavez based on your style profile. The site also offers insider trend reports and style tips. For only $79.98 per pair, members get all the benefits of a personal shopper and save up to 80% on luxury designer shoes!

3. BagBorrowOrSteal.com

If you’ve ever wanted a certain bag or accessory for a particular event, Bag Borrow or Steal is the website for you. The site allows shoppers to browse thousands of designer bags and accessories and rent them by the week, month, or season. There are private sales, handbag cleanings, and the opportunity to sell your own handbags. Instead of emptying your wallets for that one bag, you can now purchase a variety of items for less. Membership is free and comes with standard shipping, insurance, and returns. The designers featured include Tory Burch, Chanel, Gucci, and Kate Spade. “It’s like having access to a celebrity’s closet!” Register and spread the word about this inventive site!
